Dabney Smith, Class of 2007 performed in the Barksdale Theatre's High School All-Stars production of Grease.

2005
Douglas Smith, Class of 2006 and Steward photography student received two top awards from the Virginia State Fair of Virginia for his photography. He won First Prize in the “A Fair to Remember” category and Second Prize in the Animal category of the State Fair photographic competition.

Jaclyn Smith '04 and Parke Smith's '01 displayed their photography in the Cramer Center Art Gallery. The exhibit, “Snapshots, A Collection of Photography” also contained pieces by their mother Cindy Grissom.
