About The Program
The Lower School Recognition Assembly honoring the class of 2030 will take place on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Fifth-grade students should meet in the Colonnade near the Lower School by 10 a.m. on June 2 for a class photo. The assembly begins at 10:30 a.m. and will conclude by about 11:30 a.m.

Program FAQ
Where will the assembly be held?The assembly will take place in the multi-purpose gym in the Athletic Center. Reserved seating for six guests, plus a seat for your fifth grader, will be determined by a lottery drawing in May. Families will be directed to their reserved seats upon arrival on June 2, and a map of the seating will be provided prior to the event. There will be additional overflow seating in the back of the gym. This event will not be livestreamed.What is the schedule for the day?Fifth-grade students should meet in the Colonnade near the Lower School by 10 a.m. on June 2 for a class photo. The assembly begins at 10:30 a.m. and will conclude by about 11:30 a.m.What is the dress for the day?The fifth-grade students should plan to wear school-appropriate dresses or dress pants with sandals, flats, or low heels; or coat and tie, dress slacks, and dress shoes. When making clothing and footwear choices, please be aware the students will be processing in and ascending and descending a few steps from the stage. Photos will be taken from the gym floor up to the stage.How will my child's name be printed on the certificate?Typically, we print your child’s formal name, as listed in MySchoolApp, on the certificate, and will read the same name during the assembly. If there is a name preference other than your child’s formal name, please let us know no later than Monday, May 1 by emailing LS@stewardschool.org.
