US Student Welcome-Back Cookout
Waddell TerraceThe Student Welcome-Back Cookout is a casual event to welcome Upper School students back for the new school year. It will give students a chance to reconnect with friends, meet new students, and build school spirit while enjoying food and a relaxed & fun outdoor atmosphere. Emergency Alert Test
On Wednesday, September 9, we will test our emergency alert system at approximately 10:15 a.m. All parents, faculty, staff, and board members should receive a phone call, text, and email from the school. If you do not receive one (or any) of these messages about the emergency alert system test, please check your spam folder and then email info@stewardschool.org. Parents, as a reminder: Please take a moment to review our Emergency Preparedness booklet, and use Magnus to add the emergency contacts who are allowed to pick up your child. Keeping Spartans safe is our top priority. -

Wilton Lawn; Waddell TerraceThe Parents Association will host the Fall Social on Friday, September 11, from 3:30-6 p.m. on Waddell Terrace. This FREE celebration will be picnic-style (hamburgers and hot dogs, plus veggie options). Join us for some old-fashioned fun with music, bubbles, and lawn games. Want to help out? US Back to School Night
Robins TheatreUpper School Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 17. We will gather in the Lora M. Robins Theatre at 6 p.m. for brief remarks and introductions. Please pick up a copy of your child’s schedule in the lobby on your way into the theatre. After the welcome, you will have an opportunity to step into your child’s day-to-day experience at Steward beginning promptly at 6:15 p.m., and the evening concludes at 8:10 p.m.Contact: Lee Healey -

US Head's List Breakfast & Awards
Robins TheatreWe are proud to celebrate the outstanding academic achievements of our Upper School students who earned a grade of A- or higher for both semesters during the 2025-26 school year. Qualifying students and their parents received an invitation to a special ceremony honoring their academic excellence. The reception will take place on Friday, September 18, from 8:15-9 a.m. in the Lora M. Robins Theatre. We look forward to recognizing these students and celebrating their impressive accomplishments with our Upper School community.

Blood Drive
SteeberThe Stewardship Club will host a Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, September 29, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in Steeber Commons (in the Upper School). There is a critical blood shortage, and your help is urgently needed! Schedule an appointment online; use the sponsor code “TSS” to find the Steward drive.
