2022 Information:
This Steward tradition is back — parking lot style! Bring your camping chairs and tables and enjoy a picnic while you play Bingo with family and friends in the Lower School parking lot.
This Steward tradition is back — parking lot style! Bring your camping chairs and tables and enjoy a picnic while you play Bingo with family and friends in the Lower School parking lot.
This event is likely to sell out, as capacity is limited to the number of parking spaces in the Lower School lot. In case of inclement weather, bingo games will be held online and food will be available to pick up at carpool.
- Bingo tickets: $25/car
- Raffle tickets: 1 for $1; 15 for $10; 30 for $20
- Pre-order only:
Cheese pizzas: $12/ea.
Popeyes chicken & biscuit box: $5/ea.
All attendees must pre-register; tickets include unlimited bingo cards and bottled water.

What should I bring?
Bring a blanket to sit on the ground, or camping chairs and a table to set up behind your car. Bingo games will be broadcast over the radio in your car and via speakers in the parking lot.
Please bring cash to purchase additional raffle tickets or to support Upper School class sales of drinks, snacks, and desserts. Guests are also permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. -
Can I drop off my child?
No, all children need a parent/guardian in attendance. -
Where can we play?
Bingo attendees will stay in the Lower School parking lot near their car. The fields, Bryan Lab gardens, and Lower School playground will not be open for play. -
Will this event sell out?
We anticipate this event to sell out; space is limited! Please purchase your tickets early. -
Can I volunteer?
