    The Student Welcome-Back Cookout is a casual event to welcome Upper School students back for the new school year. It will give students a chance to reconnect with friends, meet new students, and build school spirit while enjoying food and a relaxed & fun outdoor atmosphere. This event is Braden Smith's Leadership Program capstone project.

    Emergency Alert Test

    On Wednesday, September 9, we will test our emergency alert system at approximately 10:15 a.m. All parents, faculty, staff, and board members should receive a phone call, text, and email from the school. If you do not receive one (or any) of these messages about the emergency alert system test, please check your spam folder and then email info@stewardschool.org. Parents, as a reminder: Please take a moment to review our Emergency Preparedness booklet, and use Magnus to add the emergency contacts who are allowed to pick up your child. Keeping Spartans safe is our top priority.

    Parents Association Fall Social

    The Parents Association will host the Fall Social on Friday, September 11, from 3:30-6 p.m. on Waddell Terrace. This FREE celebration will be picnic-style (hamburgers and hot dogs, plus veggie options). Join us for some old-fashioned fun with music, bubbles, and lawn games. Want to help out?     Our evening will begin in the Lora M. Robins Theatre in the Cramer Center for the Arts. Grade-level presentations will follow in Lower School classrooms. Only one session is offered; therefore, families with multiple Lower School students may wish to divide among grade levels. AfterSchool Care will be extended until 6:30 p.m. for students already participating in AfterSchool that day.

    Blood Drive

    The Stewardship Club will host a Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, September 29, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in Steeber Commons (in the Upper School). There is a critical blood shortage, and your help is urgently needed! Schedule an appointment online; use the sponsor code “TSS” to find the Steward drive. All adults are welcome to participate, as are students who are at least 17 (or 16, with a signed parental consent form). Read information for teen donors. Questions?     Join us to see what a Steward education can mean for your child!

    This program features Head of School Dan Frank as well as a guided tour of campus. 

    Pre-registration is required and is limited to two adults per family to maintain capacity limits (no students, please).
