SpartaFest is hosted by the Parents Association and is open to all. Join us for games, activities, and community fun, rain or shine! Skip the lines and register today. The Upper School Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 11, from 7:30-10 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Gym. Students must arrive by 8 p.m. and stay until 9:30 p.m. unless they have parental permission to leave. The dance is semi-formal (coat and tie; dresses). Tickets are $10 and may be purchased online only. If students have a guest from another school, they need to sign up that guest in Mr. Mundy’s office and fill out the Guest Registration Form. The form is due by Thursday, October 9.
The PSAT 8/9 is an assessment given to eighth graders that is closely aligned to the SAT. It will be administered during class time (8-11 a.m.) on Wednesday, October 15. The PSAT 8/9 will be completed digitally using the Bluebook app on the student iPads. To prepare, students should get a good night’s rest and plan on being at school on time the morning of the test. They will need to bring the following:
Fully charged iPad
Two pencils
A calculator (optional; students will have access to a digital built-in calculator as well)
Water bottle
A book to read silently when they are done with each section of the test More Details
