School Wide Pink Out for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The Upper School Cancer Awareness Club invites the Steward community to participate in a schoolwide Pink Out on Wednesday, October 21. Wear pink to show your support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Middle and Upper School students are also permitted to dress down that day if they wear pink AND bring in a suggested donation of $3 to benefit the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. Faculty and staff are welcome to wear pink and make a $3 donation, too. Note: Although it’s not a dress-down/donation day for Lower Schoolers, they are encouraged to wear pink, too! Questions? Get ready for a terrific evening! ArtLink is pleased to present Dinner and a Show, an opening night event hosted by parent volunteers in support of the cast and crew of “Cinderella.” Enhance your theatre experience and support the arts: Pre-order dinner for Thursday, November 5.Dinner is available between 5:30-6:45 p.m. and will be served in the lobby of the Carolyn R. Brandt Gallery (within the Paul R. Cramer Center for the Arts). This year’s delicious fare will be provided by Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe. You may also pre-purchase flower bouquets for your favorite cast or crew member for $5.After dinner, head to the Lora M. Robins Theatre to watch our talented Spartans take the stage!
