    Parent Speaker Documentary

APRIL 28 - “SCREENAGERS NEXT CHAPTER: UNCOVERING SKILLS FOR STRESS RESILIENCE”

The impact of screen usage on the mental health and well-being of adolescents can be unknown territory for parents. Is your tween or teen spending large amounts of time on screens? Would you like tools for how to help build your child’s stress resilience, emotional agility, and healthy screen habits? Parents of children in grades 5-12 are invited to join us for our next Parent Speaker Series in the Lora M. Robins Theatre (within the Paul R. Cramer Center for the Arts) on April 28 from 6-8 p.m. to watch the documentary “Screenagers Next Chapter: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience.” Register today. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the film will begin at 6:20 p.m. The documentary will last one hour and be followed by a discussion led by Health and Wellness Coordinator Catherine Graves ’98.

    Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast

Perhaps you helped at an event, joined a committee, acted as a room parent, stacked books in the library, organized classroom activities, hung art in the gallery, worked concessions at a game, donned a mascot costume, or made phone calls to help solicit donations … WHEW! The list goes on. Let us celebrate your generosity at the annual Volunteer Breakfast in the Art Gallery on Thursday, April 30, from 8:15-9:15 a.m. We can’t wait to see you!
