PA Spring Social and Book Fair
Wilton Lawn & ColonnadeAll Steward families are invited to attend the FREE annual Spring Ice Cream Social planned and organized by the Parents Association. This fun event takes place on Thursday, April 23, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Waddell Terrace, in conjunction with the Book Fair on the Colonnade. Choose some ice cream, grab a bag of popcorn, and join in the crafts and fun with your Steward friends. No RSVP required!ArtLink Dinner and a Show
GalleryThe ArtLink Committee is pleased to offer pre-ordered dinners for the opening night of “Shrek, the Musical” on Thursday, April 23. Dinner will be available from 5:30-6:45 p.m. in the Art Gallery (within the Paul R. Cramer Center for the Arts). Register now for Dinner and a Show! After dinner, head to the Lora M. Robins Theatre to watch our talented Spartans take the stage at 7 p.m.! As with all Steward productions, admission to the play is free.Dinner cost: $12 per personMenu: Marco’s pizza, plus salad, punch, and dessertExtras: Pre-purchase flower bouquets for your favorite cast or crew member, or Shrek ears ($5 each for pre-orders; $6 each at the event). Rise Against Hunger
Multipurpose GymSteward will host a Rise Against Hunger meal-packing event on Sunday, April 26, in the multi-purpose gym. We need your help with this service-driven project! Sign up today. In all, we need 125 volunteers to make this a successful event. We welcome faculty, staff, alumni, families, and friends who can assist with setup, meal packing, and cleanup. Setup will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., meal packing will take place from 1-3 p.m., and cleanup will take place from 3-3:45 p.m. (Sign up for one or more time slots!) Elizabethan Faire
Students in all divisions will visit the Elizabethan Faire on April 27 on the Colonnade. The annual event, which honors Shakespeare’s birthday, will feature a puppet show, tarot-card reading, face painting, Shakespeare-themed games, and much more! -

Spring Literary Café
Bryan Lab Kitchen PatioIn celebration of National Poetry Month, Middle School Creative Writing Club invites the Steward community to a Spring Literary Café on April 29 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on the Bryan Innovation Lab patio. Come out and enjoy some refreshments as you hear Spartan writers read their works in a beautiful setting. The club invites writers in grades 6-12, plus faculty and staff, to sign up to read their work. Sign up by April 24. Questions? Contact Middle School English Teacher Mary Hopkins.
